You must identify yourself with Dni or equivalent document in case the organization requests it.

UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE IDENTIFIED AND ONLY ACCOMPANIED BY FATHER, MOTHER OR GUARDIAN.

ACCESS TO THE ACCOMMODATION

​

Once the ticket has been purchased, the amount will only be exchanged or returned in case of event cancellation.

​

In case of cancellation, the purchaser may request a refund within a period not exceeding thirty days from the date of the public communication of the cancellation, in the manner specified by the Organizer. In view of the payment entries for days or the festival as a whole, cancellation will be considered the suspension of more than THE HALF OF THE PROGRAM. The suspension will be given by impossibility of assistance of the artist or artists arranged by the festival.

The organization reserves the right to alter or modify the program whenever the presence of an artist has been canceled for reasons unrelated to the festival. The festival will look for an artist to replace the canceled one whenever possible.

​

The amount of the entrance will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the festival due to bad weather conditions, natural disasters, closure of Spanish airspace or other causes of force majeure not attributable to the Organizer.

​

UNDER AGE

​

Minors up to 16 years old will be able to access the show by paying the corresponding entrance and must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for them, as established by law.

​

The tutors must carry the documentation that identifies them as such. Children under 18 years of age from 16 years old will be able to access the premises in the same conditions as adults without having to be accompanied.

​

During his stay in the enclosure, the companion will be responsible for any action that the minor makes. For this to be possible, it is necessary to present the DNI, family book, passport of both or the legal document attesting to the parental relationship or responsibility for the minor at the entrance of the premises.

​

In addition to the corresponding documents, accompanying adults must bring a valid ticket.

​

At all times both the companion and the child must carry their ID or passport if required by the staff of the organization to prove their identity. In the case of foreigners, they must provide the appropriate documents from their country of origin. Both the authorization of assistance and the document of discharge may be collected and completed at the entrance of the site.

CONDITIONS OF ACCESS

​

The Organization does not guarantee the authenticity of the entrance if it has not been acquired in the official points of sale. The resale of the entrance is not allowed. The Organization of the festival does not assume any responsibility in case of loss or theft of the entrance.

​

The holder of the ticket is responsible in case of a copy of it.

​

The Organizer will deny access to the facilities to the bearer if any of the following circumstances occurs:

​

• The entry is incomplete, amended, broken or with signs of falsification.

• The carrier manifests a violent attitude or publicly incites hatred, violence, or discrimination based on birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other social or personal condition or circumstance, and, in particular, to the bearer who behaves aggressively or causes disturbances outside or in the entrance, to the one that carries weapons or objects susceptible of being used as such and to those who wear clothes, objects or symbols that incite violence or suppose an apology for activities contrary to the fundamental rights recognized in the law and the Constitution.

• The carrier presents symptoms of intoxication or of being consuming or having consumed drugs or narcotic substances.

 

The exercise of the right of admission will not, in any case, denial of access to the carrier for reasons of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other circumstance or personal or social condition.

At the entrance to the premises, the public may be subject to a registration according to the Law. The entry of objects that may be considered dangerous by the Organization or are prohibited by current regulations is not allowed. The entrance of any type of drinks to the venue is also prohibited.

​

The Organizer may deny access or expel from the enclosures the bearer of the entry in case of non-compliance with the indications of the Organization’s personnel, as well as in case it can reasonably be presumed that a situation of risk or danger is created for the carrier himself or other assistants or by states of apparent or potential intoxication, the carrier being personally responsible in all cases for their own actions and omissions that cause injury to third parties or damage to property.

The possession of the ticket does not entitle its owner or third parties to use it or its content for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including contests, gifts and / or raffles) associated with the ticket holder or third parties.

​

The breach of this point will force the advertiser and / or unauthorized user to answer for the damages and losses generated.

​

These activities will be tracked on the Internet in order to establish the relevant responsibility.

​

IMPORTANT: The code of your entrance allows access to the site only once. It is your responsibility to guard it and prevent it from being duplicated. Do not publish your post on social networks, do not print it on unsafe sites and keep it out of reach of third parties.

​

DATA PROTECTION AND IMAGE RIGHT

​

All rights of image and intellectual property are reserved. Any filming, recording or reproduction inside the premises is forbidden unless expressly authorized by the Organization.

​

The holder of the ticket acknowledges that it may appear in images taken inside the precincts by different means for subsequent informative or promotional dissemination, and authorizes said use.

​

The images may appear on the Internet, so their dissemination can be uncontrolled.

​

If there is video surveillance in the access we inform you that your image will become part of a file that is the responsibility of the organizer with the purpose of controlling access and security of the event, as well as resolution of any incident. You have the right to exercise with respect to the processing of your data the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition to them before the organizer of the event.

​

It is reported that any recorded video image may be used as evidence of illicit behavior or any damage that could be proved, both to people and property.

​

The data will be automatically provided to judicial or police authorities.

​

If you provide information about a companion you are obliged to inform and obtain consent for the processing of your data, which are subject to our privacy policy that appears on the registration form.

​

CLAIMS AND OTHER LEAVES

​

Interested persons will find complaint forms at their disposal at the venue of the show.

​

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

​

All contents, understood by these as merely enunciative texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other content, as well as their graphic design and source codes are protected by the right of intellectual property.

​

DISCOUNT CODE CONDITIONS (GROUPS)

​

 

If you have a discount code that applies to a group (for example, a specific club or school) you can only use it if you are part of that group.

​

 

The necessary checks will be made, and if a ticket of a person who is not part of that group is identified, the ticket will be automatically cancelled and a penalty of 10€ + service fees will be applied for that ticket before the refund of the amount.

OTHERS

​

When making the payment, your data is automatically provided to the company that manages the payment by card and the bank.

​

This document in which you accept the conditions is filed in our computer system until the event occurs.

​

You have access to it and you can print it and I can keep it in your system.

​

These general conditions of contract, will become part of the contract at the time of acceptance by the CLIENT.

The user accepts that the applicable legislation is Spanish.

​

The contracting language is according to the chosen language.

COMMUNICATIONS

Cheer Up World can cancel or modify any of the above conditions or report incidents, in which case you can inform the public by e-mail, so you should check it periodically. It will also inform through the channels that it considers appropriate.

Cheer Up World has an active conflict resolution policy, so it puts customer service at your service.

​

We inform that according to Art. 40 of Regulation (EU) 7/2017 has been provided by the European Commission an online dispute resolution platform that is available at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu /consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=ES. However, Cheer Up World will decide, in each case, whether or not to adhere to this system, as we consider that conflicts can and should be resolved outside these areas, so we advise that prior to any claim you use our system of Customer Support.
