Cheer Up World starts on Friday, August 02, 2024 and the last day of the festival is Sunday, August 04, 2024.
CUW offers you the 'Full Experience Pack' including not only the 3-day ticket, but also accommodation and transportation during the whole festival.
Generally speaking, we have a no-return and no-exchange policy on our products. However, in certain cases (e.g. cancellation due to force majeure or if you do not meet some of the entry criteria prescribed by the local authorities after purchasing your ticket) a full refund (excluding handling fees) will be granted.
But our ticket stubs are not nominative, so you can give your ticket to any friend!
Ticket name changes are subject to a €10 handling fee.
Our system allows the purchase of tickets with VISA credit/debit cards, American Express (only national cards) and Mastercard within the national territory. When buying from outside Spain you should contact your bank in case you have any error of invalid card in the purchase.
PayPal payments are also accepted.
CUW is currently offering the 'Early Bird' pass with a great discount that you can't miss in order to access all the activities of the festival. This promotion is limited and will end at the end of September.
Regular ticket sales will begin in early October, where general admission and day passes for the event will be offered.
